Using our email forwarding service will save you months of time in communicating with all women on our website. This service is available for any address in Belarus, Russia, or the Ukraine. We will deliver and translate letters to any woman that you would like to write to even if she is from another marriage agency.

Here is how our service works:

Our new automated service for sending letters to ladies is a very quick, simple to use, efficient means of corresponding with the women. On every ladies page is a button . All you need to do is click on this and compose your letter filling in the information that follows.

You have the option to pay for the letter to be translated, sent by registered or standard post, to send photo's in black and white or colour using the Jpeg format up to 100k in size. You can also agree to pay for the ladies reply. This is recommended as ladies are more likely to reply to you and it speeds up your correspondence. The lady will be told that you are willing to pay for her reply.

With your letters the ladies receive instructions on how to send letters back to you using this service. As you write your letter the total cost is displayed and you are able to go back and edit or make corrections before you finish and send the letter. This service is the fastest way to contact ladies other than email. As very few women have access to email this is a proven method of receiving and starting correspondence quickly.

If she does not wish to correspond with you she can reply to your letter informing you of her decision and you will not be charged for this.

ATTENTION! We will charge you for the translation only once if you will send a multiple introduction letter with translation to many women for the first time. In such case you have to send your letter to info@charming-lady.net. Don't use button at women's profiles then. You also can forward your letter to info@charming-lady.net if you have any problems with our automated mail-forwarding system.

Please, provide us with all instructions if you want to have your letter translated, if you want to have your pictures printed in color, if you want to use registered service and if you permit to the lady to use your mail-forwarding account to reply by email.

1. When you send your letter it is automatically routed to one of our 58 agents who represent all the ladies in our agency.
2. Our agent then prints your letter and photo (if you included one) and calls a lady asking her to pick up your letter so that we always are sure that she REALLY received it! A few our agents hire couriers and deliver letters to ladies' doors if ladies are not able to come to the office for any reason(Gomel, Sevastopol)
3. After the woman receives your letter she can send you reply using the same procedure in reverse or she can write to your home address by regular postal mail.
4. With this procedure it is possible to send and receive a letter in as little as 3-5 days (if she replies quickly what we always ask her to). Regular postal mail will take a minimum of 30-40 days round trip for the same letter, and it can be even longer.
5. The total cost of our Standard service to you is €4 for a letter up to two pages in length, and each additional page is €1.5, or you can use our Registered service for €1 more and your letter will be mailed by registered mail. This is one of the best ways of sending mail quickly that we know of. The U.S. postal service for example has International Express mail but the cost is €18 to most countries and it takes 3-5 days. Mail from European countries will take about 10 days.
6. Send photographs in .jpg format only. We do ask that you keep the file size below 100kb. To print them in Black and White costs €1.5 each. To print them in colour costs €3 each with each email letter that you send. Please keep the file names small as we have found long file names sometimes causes problems.
7. If you would like a letter translated from Russian to English, or English to Russian, we can do so for a cost of €8.00 per typed page with a one page minimum (650 words per page ), additional words are 2 cents each.
8. If you unexpectedly discovered that a lady you correspond with is not on our site any longer it doesn't mean you cannot continue corresponding with her!! Just click SEND A LETTER on the front page and follow further!
